Greeting ! This is an introduction of how to buy products from highfive online shopping.

Buying on highfive.ae is really easy. Navigation through categories menu icon is based on left side of Highfive Logo , you can select your products by choosing from the categories pages.
1. Product page
You can see your selected product image, description, price, quantity and you can add it by clicking on shopping cart button as you can see there will be add to your shopping cart icon at top right side of webpage. By clicking on it you can see your shopping cart items.
2. Shopping Cart
View cart : By clicking on it you will enter the shopping cart page. You can see unit model and prices and manage your products quantity.
Checkout : By clicking on it you will enter the checkout page
3. Checkout Page
In step one, you have 3 options to choose :
If you already registered at highfive you can simply login by the form below returning costumer by Entering your E-mail and password.
If your are new customer you can select register or quest checkout below new customer. Each one of these options contain a form that need to be filled.
4. Billing and Delivery Details
After you have logged in, in step two :
you can add a new billing address or use an existing billing address.
In next step ( Step three - Delivery Details ) you can use your existing address or adding new destination to receive your products.
5. Delivery And Payment Method
In step four , you can Select your delivery method from the list and add your comment about your order.
In next step ( Step five - Payment Method ) you can select your payment method and add your comment about your order but you must check the terms and conditions box.
6. Confirm Order
In last step you can see your order details and final confirm.
After your order has been placed, highfive team will process your order and you can check status and comments from highfive team of your order in your account page by clicking on order history.
