Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed (usually by the next morning). To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Return Conditions

We accept returns only if: 

• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery 
• The items are unused and in original packaging 

Please note, we cannot accept returns for: 

• Opened or used food items 
• Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or freshness reasons (e.g. juices, snacks, tea) 
• Products past their expiry date 

Returning an Item

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Please return items to the address provided by our team when you contact us. 
• We recommend using a trackable delivery service. 

Refunds & Replacements 

• Replacements are processed within 24 hours after we confirm the issue. 
• Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
