Return Conditions
We accept returns only if:
- You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- The items are unused and in original packaging
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used food items
- Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or freshness reasons (e.g. juices, snacks, tea)
- Products past their expiry date
Returning an Item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please return items to the address provided by our team when you contact us.
- We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
Refunds & Replacements
- Replacements are processed within 24 hours after we confirm the issue.
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
